Pain is a distressing feeling that needs not to be seen before it’s felt; a feeling that blinds many to the possibilities of  the future. Bad days tend to happen to all and sundry, coming more often than we think we deserve and sometimes lasting much longer than we think we can ever stand. I’m sure we are cognizant of what such situations/pain/grief brings us but what we might not know is, whether life changing or not, these ‘bad days’ unconsciously prepare us for our ‘better days’. It gives us the courage to face tomorrow, makes us stronger because we identify our weakness, beautiful because we identify our flaws and even fearless because we learn to muster and conquer our fears!
