“Forgiveness is like the sweet smell left by a flower on the bottom of the shoe which trampled on it”. The beauty of life is that it comes with disappointments and offences from the people you least expect. Unfortunately, some of us spend so much time on the disappointments and offences and end up becoming victims of circumstances. We tend to hold on to the anger; a poison we drink ourselves expecting the other person to die. Hatred, grievances and intolerance would always cause us many problems and solve none. Let us learn to tolerate and forgive one another; an approach that would even benefit us the more indirectly!
